Distilled from a majority-corn mashbill and aged in new charred oak, this whisky has bourbon-like qualities without sacrificing its Canadian heritage. It’s the second Noble Collection release to make it into the Top 20, and with good reason, as it showcases innovation and consistency from a major distiller. By law, bourbon must be aged in a new charred oak barrel, but variables and distiller choices can affect the final flavor.
