- 2 oz. Four Roses Single Barrel bourbon
- 1 oz. peach nectar
- 1 oz. ginger beer
- fresh mint
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice and stir. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
