- 2 oz. bourbon
- 1 heaping scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 Tbs. peanut butter
- ½ oz. maple syrup
- Garnish: Crushed peanuts; ground cinnamon; cinnamon stick (optional); caramel chip (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with crushed peanuts, ground cinnamon, cinnamon stick, and caramel chip.
