Pollinated Punch

Created by Ted Kilgore at Planter’s House in St. Louis, this cocktail incorporates tea, lemon, and honey for a balanced flavor experience. It was designed to be pre-mixed and carried along in a Thermos—perfect for outdoor adventures or serving a crowd at a tailgate.

  • 3¾ oz. lemon juice
  • 3¾ oz. chamomile honey syrup (see below)
  • 3¾ oz. cold water
  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients together. Chill in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Pour into Thermos and top with ice.
