    There really ought to be. A collaborative effort from all the people who’d gotten to know him over the years. It would be a great read indeed.

    Collected columns from MA and WM would come pretty close to doing the trick….

    I have to agree with Mr TH, MJs columns were very much autobiographical chapters.

    Yes, they were autobiographical in nature, but only bits and pieces. It would have been great had he been able to bring it all together in one volume, in a structure and form that he would have wanted. And I am sure that for every story he told in MA or WM, there were a hundred more he only told verbally–or not at all.
