Honor Parker Beam’s legacy by attending Denny Potter’s seminar A Decade of Decadence – A Retrospective on Parker’s Heritage Collection. Denny, Master Distiller with Heaven Hill, will review the origins and history of this acclaimed annual series of American Whiskey.
Lastly, but certainly not least, we have Jessamine McLellan of Pernod/Legacy presenting The Oloroso Cask: How Sherry Shapes Flavors. Jessamine will introduce the newest member of the Redbreast family: Redbreast Lustau and give guests an inside look in to the production of the Oloroso Sherry cask.
