Since their debut in 2022, the father-son blending duo behind 15 Stars has regularly illustrated a propensity for bringing older whiskey components together, and this blend is no different. Sarsaparilla is strong on the nose, buoyed by spearmint, cinnamon spice, a little grape, and sweet lemon. There’s lovely spice on the palate, as well as cherry, root beer barrels, and a hint of licorice. The finish is rife with vanilla cream, dried cherries, and root beer float.
