1792 Cognac Cask Finished, 47.5%

This newcomer to the 1792 lineup (introduced to the market last September) has an alluring aroma of stewed peaches. Peanut butter and freshly baked sourdough bread play on the palate, combining to create an inviting flavor, and while the finish is long, it has some grip to it. Water brings out herbal tea, roasted nuts, and orange marmalade. This is a tasty, if not game-changing whiskey.
