A limited release celebrating hip-hop pioneers Sugarhill Gang, this opens with a nose full of dried fruit and nutty sweetness, followed by honey and tart apples. On the palate, it remains fruity, but with a distinctly overripe quality, backed by caramel syrup, orange curaçao, and charred oak. As it evolves in the glass, the oak is dialed up, and it finishes dry on the back palate.
