Made using a “two times” blending process from two mashbills—one high rye (35%) and the other mid-level rye (18%). Toffee and coffee cake sweetness is balanced by drying oak on the nose. Luscious fruit flavors of peach, orange, and raspberry on the palate, with lots of pepper spice. Overall, there’s fruit, cinnamon, vanilla, and that coffee cake sweetness, all compelling, and the finish confirms a quality whiskey.
