Sweet vanilla custard, a generous drizzle of honey, brown sugar, and honey-wheat bread fill the nose. The breadiness is further augmented by water, which coaxes out egg bagel, buttered cinnamon-sugar toast, and toasted marshmallow. The palate is round and balances plenty of sweet heat, though at first brush the heat is eye-watering; there’s a lot of cinnamon spice and Big Red gum to contend with, alongside maple syrup, lemon peel, and honey bun. Spice ties the finish up with a neat hot bow.
