Matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, this is a distinctive introduction to Aberfeldy’s signature Highland flavors. Golden syrup cake, plump raisins, and brown sugar, with hints of cherry and maple syrup on the nose. Syrupy and rich on the tongue, with gingerbread cake, heather honey, vanilla, baked orange, raisin, candied lemon, ground cherry, and a little singed oak. Caramelized ginger, smoke, and fudge round out the finish.
