Abraham Bowman Special Release Oak Series: Hungarian Oak, 57.5%

Exceptionally dark, with a honeyed nose, this is the third release in the series, and one that comes in at a far lower ABV than its predecessor. It has massive flavor, including sweet plum and caramel corn. Water only amplifies what’s going on in the glass, and adds some woodiness. The long finish smacks of cigar box and a good tawny port.
