This limited-edition aged for 11 years in Warehouse A, one of the distillery’s coolest, fostering slower aging. It has a deep, dark color matched by the intensity of its flavor, dominated by the intense deep sweetness of maple, cinnamon apple pie, glazed doughnuts, milk chocolate, caramel sauce, and brown sugar. Spices like clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg make brief appearances before growing mellower and more refined on the finish. It’s lovely, sweet, and tasty.
