Employing the Irish tradition of triple distilla- tion creates a soft and floral whiskey with honey, cut flowers, and bananas Foster on the nose. The palate is light on its feet, with elegant honey and oats, crisp apples, and sweet lemonade. There’s oak too, though it’s quite subdued compared to the sweeter flavors. The finish is lightly peppery with hints of roasted coffee.
