Angel's Envy 10 year old Cask Strength Caribbean Rum Cask Finished (2026 Release), 55.8%

The cask influence is unmistakable on the nose, which offers tropical melons, kiwi, guava, sweet vanilla, dill, and black pepper. The palate is spicy and pleasantly prickly, with dill pickles, brown deli mustard, rye toast, allspice, gingersnaps, cinnamon chewing gum, and dried citrus peels. The finish is sweeter, with molasses, cassia bark, and ground black pepper. This is a completely different beast from the flagship, with more depth and much better integration.
