Arcane Alpha With Hops, 41.5%

The nose is bright and hoppy—belying its origin as a Triple IPA, which is then vacuum distilled—with grapefruit candies, watermelon rings, and artificial mint. The palate is less hop-forward and flush with chocolate-covered raisins, overripe bananas, and more sweet citrus. The short finish turns slightly bitter and hoppy with a quickly tapering milk chocolate note.
