The soft yet creamy palate doesn’t reinvent the wheel; there’s more chocolate and caramel, tiramisu, a bit of char, toasted marshmallow, and burnt sugar. The fruit from earlier rears back up, except here it’s more akin to red berries than pineapple or honeydew. S’mores on the finish, which lingers on for quite a while.
