Baker's 13 year old Single Barrel (2024 Release; Barrel No. 000141315), 53.5%

First released in 2019 and not seen again until 2023, this 13 year old is now an annual release. Pipe tobacco, baking spice, gingersnaps, cherries, and creamed corn on the nose. Gooey and rich on the palate, sprinkled with pepper spice, vanilla, and apricot. With water, chocolate and tiramisu emerge. The finish is long, with well-integrated flavors of tobacco leaf, milk chocolate, and aged and mellow oak. (Release date 8/24)
