Distilled at Strathclyde and selectively finished in rum and extra-charred oak barrels, the nose has white pepper, toasted oak, banana chips, coconut strips, straw, honey, vanilla, and light peach aromas. Sweet on the palate with a buttery texture, this has flavors of banana, generous vanilla, brioche, egg custard tarts, white chocolate, red apple peels, and subtle lemongrass, adding sweet pineapple cubes and ground almond on the finish.
