Finished for 6 months in rum-seasoned casks using a bespoke blend of Caribbean and Scottish rums, this is very pleasant, with aromas of lemon drizzle cake, honey, ripe papaya, passion fruit syrup, and jackfruit. A smooth mouthfeel, this has flavors evolving through honey, caramel, and toffee, adding whole wheat muffin, malt, pepper, and toasted oak.
