This blend of 12 and 13 year old Bardstown bourbons was rested for 28 months in calvados barrels from the house of Christian Drouin in Normandie, France. Baking spice, vanilla, and fragrant oak on the nose lead to a palate of juicy raspberry, baked apples, vanilla, and caramel. Crème brûlée on the finish is balanced by spice and oak. $100/375-ml bottle.
