Bardstown Bourbon Company Discovery Series 10, 57.12%

A warm and inviting nose with lots of baking spice and brown sugar, some chocolate cupcakes, and bakery notes. Very mellow with balanced sweetness on the palate, with lemon peel, soft chocolate flavors, and more brown sugar. There’s a certain lightness despite its hefty ABV, possibly because of the wheat component. The finish has great flavor, and the overall taste profile is very good.
