A blend of bourbons sourced from Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and Wyoming, all aged 12 to 15 years, this whiskey’s French oak finish is the star of the show. Heady baking spice, vanilla, strawberry jam, clove, and caramel pull you into the glass. Despite being higher proof, the palate is silky smooth, draped with spice, vanilla icing, cooked cherries, toasted marshmallow, and Heath bar. More of the same on the finish, as gooey toasted marsh- mallow melds with vanilla, barrel char, and a hint of black pepper.
