Barrell 21 year old Toasted Single Barrel Extra Strength, 62.2%

This ultra-aged blend features bourbons distilled in Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee that are finished in toasted American oak. There’s a great deal of earthiness on the nose— Moroccan mint tea, pine needle, anise, and lemon peel—plus vanilla bean and a crack of black pepper. A lovely mouthfeel is accompanied by sweeter notes of toasted marshmallow, Nutella, hot fudge, dried fruit, and gingersnaps. The finish leans into cinnamon, evoking frosted cinnamon bun and a bit of tobacco leaf. A delicious complex sipper!
