The nose is fragrant with strawberry jam and strawberries and cream, but this fruitiness is tempered wonderfully by worn leather, a puff of tobacco smoke, and cinnamon spice. On the palate there’s more baking spice, cinnamon bun, and a hot rush of Big Red gum. These flavors are joined by darker notes of espresso, dark chocolate, and flourless chocolate cake.
