Barrell 7 year old Cask Finish Series Cask Strength Armagnac Finished Blend of Straights, 56.5%

A blend of 7–15 year old bourbons from Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee finished in armagnac casks. It leads with vanilla milkshake, Creamsicle, ripe papayas, mangos, honey, and a bit of spice on the nose. The palate has rich cinnamon, raspberry tea, spiced cherry preserves, oak, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and white grapes. The finish adds maraschino cherries, whipped cream, and iced lemon pound cake. A full-bodied bourbon with a pleasant sense of heft and weight throughout.
