Barrell Cask Strength Blend (Batch 038), 58.48%

This blend of bourbons aged between 8 and 15 years was distilled in Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and Maryland. The nose balances youth and maturity, with bright fruits tempered by dusty leather and well-worn oak. The palate opens with sweetened cereal grains and a hint of marshmallow. Water draws out apricot and apples. With time, it turns more savory with chicory, walnuts, and dried herbs. The finish is exceptionally long with seasoned oak and more leather.
