The nose is earthy and herbaceous, evoking charred campfire wood, fresh pine, and hazelnut. With time, strawberries and cream emerge. More wood on the palate, though this time it’s more like sawdust. Lemon-ginger kombucha, Lemonheads, and black pepper are also present. That ginger is more muscular on the finish, which harkens back to the nose with notes of pine needle and spearmint.
