Roasted spices jumping in the pan, bitter peel, marmalade, walnut oil, and Brazil nut, but a rubbery note of bicycle inner tubes and erasers is also detectable. Bold notes of fresh red apple, raspberry Jell-O, and orange peel surround a heart of clove, pepper, and aromatic spices, backed up by fruity sherry notes, charred oak, and hazelnut.
