A wheater from the often-over- looked B.R. Distilling in Memphis. Soft on the nose, with cinnamon roll, candied orange, lemon spritz, unripe pears, apple orchard, polished oak, honey, varnish, and earthiness. The palate offers vanilla, savory spice, cinnamon, fresh bread, pepper spice, toffee, and peach pie. Nicely textured, with a delicious finish of lemon and honey. Creamy and delicious overall, with a pleasant softness throughout.
