Bluegrass Distillers 6 year old Bottled in Bond Blue Corn (2024 Release), 50%

An aromatic nose of fresh oak and mint chocolate-chip ice cream leads to a sweet, fruity palate of raspberry tart, cinnamon powder, melted caramel, and more new oak in the background. It lacks great depth, but has good flavor. A long finish, again with a hint of new oak, chocolate, and pepper spice. There could be greater depth and integration of flavor, but it’s deliciously sweet and pleasantly spicy.
