A smooth, rounded palate offers lots more cinnamon, and notes of cinnamon-chocolate babka. A long, mellow finish features more chocolate and balanced oak. This offers lots of depth, balance, and integration, but is also remarkably gentle despite its relatively high proof—an unusual and superb combination.
