A very inviting nose, like an old-style sweet shop, with wafting notes of vanilla-almond ice cream, angel food cake, chocolate cocoa, and whipped cream. Velvety smooth on the palate, with rich integrated oak, cinnamon cake, chocolate, peanut butter, bitter espresso, and vanilla ice cream. It’s a big one that definitely needs water. The finish brings loads of chocolate, peanut butter, and brown sugar, all balanced by well-integrated oak.
