Mint, dark fruit, and figs on the nose, with a youthful profile, punctuated by notes of fresh oak. Light but balanced on the palate, very creamy and silky, with hints of ginger, turmeric, dried earth, and a bit of youthful grassiness; but well integrated and not unpleasant. The finish is balanced and creamy, without great length. A solidly well-made and balanced whiskey that needs more maturity and integration
