Bowmore 15 year old Sherry Oak Cask, 43%

Aged in oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, before a period of finishing in European oak casks seasoned with oloroso sherry. It has dark, inviting aromas of red berry compote, puffs of cigar smoke, vanilla toffee, dark chocolate, and smoky embers. On the palate, there is baked orange, plum, molasses, licorice, clove, pepper, and burnt oak, and a finish of clove, licorice and charred wood. (Release date: 1/24)
