On the nose, this blend of rye, corn, wheat, and barley leads with Cow Tails candies, cinnamon syrup, and cherry cordials backed with punchy cola and caramel jumping out of the glass. The palate leads with spicy sweet cinnamon, coffee grounds, and raspberry ice tea before fading into rich caramel, sweet mint, and tart lemon. The nose and palate are harmoniously integrated and the sip fades slowly with dark chocolate, toasted oak, and toffee.
