Vanilla ice cream and melted caramel on the nose, along with hits of tobacco leaf, cigar ash, and cooked sherry. Soft and light on the palate, with notes of milk chocolate, sugared coffee with cream, wine-soaked blackberries, raisins, plums, a hint of baking spice, and aged spiced oak. The finish offers more chocolate, and spiciness, though it’s quite short. Balanced and delicious overall, it’s easy drinking with plenty of aged complexity. (Release date: 10/24)
