Bushmills 12 year old PX Sherry Cask Reserve, 46%

Initially matured in bourbon casks, this triple distilled single malt is finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It’s bright and appealing, with vanilla, caramel, dried apple, milk choco- late, and grapefruit peel oils on the nose. Condensed milk flavors make it sweet and creamy on first sip, with Horlicks, vanilla, caramel, apple ring, cranberry, and a hint of clove. The finish is dark and spicy with ginger- bread, coffee bean, and licorice allsorts. (Travel Retail exclusive; Release date 11/24)
