This triple distilled single malt comes from stocks matured in first and second-fill bourbon casks only. Lashings of vanilla on the nose, with honey, coconut macaroon, butterscotch, and almond Florentines. The mouthfeel is silky and glossy, with vanilla, caramel, toffee apple, hazelnut, butterscotch, candied citrus, and gentle peppery spices. The finish has seasoned oak, nuts, and peppercorn.
