This follow-up to the standout 10 year old Bordeaux cask release from the first series doesn’t disappoint. Red currant, plum, Red Vines, strawberry jam, vanilla seeds, and graphite make for a fruity nose from this triple distilled Pomerol cask finish. Light-textured but well-integrated and flavor packed, with raspberry, sliced apple, vanilla, creamy malt, and gingersnap, followed by a succulent finish of spiced apple. (Release date: 2/25)
