Bushmills 26 year old Crystal Malt, 46%

Crystal malt is a specialty brewing malt made by stewing and roasting green malt, which creates crystalized sugars in each kernel. The nose has honey cake, baked lemon, baklava, apple ring, soft caramels, and gentle oak spice. Deliciously smooth and creamy with butterscotch, pear, roasted nut, peppercorn, clove, crème brûlée, and dark chocolate, followed by blackberry jelly, vanilla extract, and coffee on the palate. There’s supple oak, honey, and pear to finish.
