Given the aromas, the palate is surprisingly fruity, bursting with raspberry linzer cookie, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, cooked fruit, and blackberries. Gradually, notes of toasted marshmallow and vanilla bean join the fray. There’s a freshness to the finish, but it’s predominantly packed with cinnamon sweetness and a hint of peppery spice.
