A fragrant bouquet of baked orange, grilled pineapple, chopped walnuts, peppercorn, whole clove, dried apricot, heather honey, and a hint of marzipan. A syrupy and slightly oily mouthfeel of honey and fresh citrus meets a wave of intense pepper and clove that ushers in creamier notes of caramel, vanilla, toffee, green apple, and baked orange. Water sweetens the honey notes and adds more orchard fruit.
