Part of the Scottish Witchcraft Series, this 2009 cask hails from a secret Orkney distillery. It stirs with a nose of cherry lips candy, peat smoke, salty sea air, toasted teacake, lime Jell-O, and lavender bath salts. Warm sherry notes with fruitcake flavors of cherry, mixed peel, walnut, and vine fruit, then a peppery peak before becoming syrupy with honey, lemon zest, dark toffee, date, and fig on the other side.
