A quiet nose yields soft notes of buttered toast with honey, vanilla syrup, vanilla bean ice cream, powdered sugar, and Lemonheads candy. The palate is just as lovely, with strawberry Danish, toasted marshmallow, coconut shavings, and cherry-dipped vanilla soft serve coating the mouth. The finish takes a musty, tropical turn, thanks to notes of overripe banana, coconut shavings, and, strangely enough, dill pickle. It may sound odd, but it all works.
