Chattanooga Whiskey Bottled in Bond (Spring 2020 Vintage), 50%

The nose has brown sugar, sweet oak, raisin bread, dark berries, and warehouse earth. The palate is soft and lightly sweet, with cooked pears and blackberries, chocolate, coffee ice cream, toffee, black pepper, and oak. The finish is spicy but smooth, with more blackberry, anise-drenched pears, and dark chocolate. The oak is well balanced and the flavors are nicely integrated, with little burn and a solid profile.
