Chattanooga White Port Cask Finished, 47.5%

Some reticence on the nose at first, but it gradually opens up to oak, stone fruit, pastry crust, and a bit of leather. The palate is wonderfully creamy and bursts with vanilla pudding, cookie dough, and a nice dash of peppery spice. Even more flavor comes forth on the finish, as notes of lemon drop cookie, cinnamon stick, brown sugar, and chocolate frosting take center stage.
