Concentrated citrus and milk chocolate notes go back and forth amid beautiful layers of seasoned oak, with aromas of walnut, date, raisin, vanilla essence, and treacle, wrapped in a web of peat smoke. Sherry fruit, caramel, red apple, and nectarine flavors meet clove, pepper, and peat smoke, but are then driven back by soaring baked orange and creamy milk chocolate notes, ending with a long, spicy, sherried finish. Utterly charming.
