Caol Ila in shaved, toasted, and re-charred casks is a rare sight and this is one for smoke lovers, drawing the olfactory senses into a smoky embrace with coal dust and soot, oily fish, cacao nibs, red chile, jute anchor ropes, and a spritz of orange peel oil. The palate is densely textured with peach juice, pepper, clove, maritime smoke, and some red berry sweetness, leaving a spicy, fruity, and smoky finish. (60 bottles)
